saddle height: Lemond method
0.883 is the magic number, according to three times tour de France champion, Greg Lemond. Measure your inside leg, multiply this by Greg's favourite decimal and voila - you have the ideal seat tube height from bottom bracket centre to the lowest point on the saddle's seat. Cafevelo gave it a whirl. And the verdict? Pretty much spot on.
